Zamfara State University (ZAMSUT), Talata Mafara, has announced that all registered students must participate in the ongoing credential verification exercise or risk having their student profile accounts suspended. The directive was issued through the Office of the Vice-Chancellor and the Students' Credential Verification Committee as part of the institution's standard verification process. According to the notice, credential verification is mandatory for every registered student. The university stated that any student who fails or refuses to take part in the exercise will be regarded as unverified, and their personal student profile account will be suspended at the end of the verification exercise. The management also disclosed that the credential verification exercise is currently ongoing and is scheduled to end on 28 August 2026. Students have therefore been advised to complete the verification process before the deadline to avoid any disruption to their academic activities.
