The University of Uyo (UNIUYO) has announced that its 2026/2027 Post-UTME registration portal will officially close at 12:00 midnight on Sunday, August 9, 2026. However, the institution has approved a one-week extension for Direct Entry (DE) registration, which will now remain open until 12:00 midnight on Sunday, August 16, 2026. According to a press release issued by the Directorate of Information and Public Relations (DIPR), prospective candidates are strongly advised to complete their registrations before the deadlines, as no further extension will be granted. The university also stated that no additional applications, payments, or registrations for the 2026/2027 Post-UTME and Direct Entry screening exercises will be accepted after the respective portals close. The management further urged candidates and members of the public to rely only on information released through the university's official communication channels and to remain vigilant against fraudsters and admission racketeers.
