The management of the Polytechnic has directed all graduating students to begin the collection of their convocation materials ahead of the forthcoming convocation ceremony.
According to a notice issued on behalf of the Registrar by Mrs. Varisca E. Habila, the collection exercise will commence on Thursday, July 30, 2026.
Graduates have been advised to visit the Academic Division to collect their academic gown (full robe) and the Book of Proceedings, which contains the official list of all graduating students and other important information relating to the convocation ceremony.
The Polytechnic urged all eligible graduates to complete the collection of their materials promptly to avoid last-minute delays and ensure adequate preparation for the convocation.
