Kogi State University, Kabba was established in 2023 by the Kogi State Government to satisfy the yearnings for quality education in Nigeria. Further to the University's commitment to providing quality education that combines intellectual, moral and techno-vocational training to produce total men and women, the University invites applications from suitably qualified candidates who picked, or have changed to, Kogi State University, Kabba the institution first choice and scored at least 150 in the 2026 UTME, for admission into the following degree programmes.

METHOD OF APPLICATION:
You must have scored at least 150 in the 2026 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME)
You must have chosen, or changed to, Kogi State University, Kabba as the institution of first choice in the 2026 UTME.
Pay an application fee of Two thousand naira (N2000.00) only into the University's Account: Bank Name: First Bank of Nigeria Plc, Account Name: Kogi State University Kabba, Account Number: 2043419304. You don't have to pay any other charges with respect to admission.
You must have scored at least 150 in the 2026 UTME, please note that you will be offered a cognate programme if your UTME SCore does not secure placement for you in your first choice.
Please note that Kogi State University, Kabba does not have any admission agent and has not authorised anyone to act on its behalf in connection with admission into the university.
Do not give money to anyone for admission purpose, do not be scammed! Please report anyone who demands any payment from you.
You do not need to come to the University Campus. Check your portal on the JAMB CAPS regularly for the status of your admission request and accept the admission offer when prompted.
