This is to bring to the attention of all graduates, students, and the general public that the flyer currently circulating on social media with the headline "IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT! TO ALL KADUNA POLYTECHNIC PAY GRADUATES!" is FALSE, UNAUTHORIZED, AND NOT FROM KADUNA POLYTECHNIC MANAGEMENT.
The Office of the Dean, Students Affairs, wishes to state categorically that:
1. No such directive has been issued by the Polytechnic management regarding the payment of N35,000 as "Original Certificate Collection Fee."
2. The flyer does not bear any official letterhead, stamp, signature, or reference number from Kaduna Polytechnic.
3. Graduates are advised to ignore the content of the flyer and not make any payment to any individual or account based on it.
4. Any official communication on certificate collection fees or processes will be made through verified channels; including the Polytechnic's official website, notice boards, and approved administrative offices.
5. The Polytechnic is not liable for any loss of funds or personal data arising from acting on this or similar fraudulent publications.
