The Joseph Sarwuan Tarka University, Makurdi (JOSTUM), Benue State, has announced the commencement of the first semester of the 2026/2027 academic session for both fresh and returning students. The announcement was contained in an internal memorandum dated October 19, 2026, issued by the Office of the Registrar and addressed to all students. According to the memorandum, the first semester of the 2026/2027 academic session commenced on October 18, 2026.
