The management of Ignatius Ajuru University of Education (IAUE) has announced the schedule for its 2026/2027 UTME and Direct Entry screening exercise for admission into the institution.
According to the notice issued by the Office of the Registrar on June 22, 2026, candidates are expected to attend the screening on the dates assigned to their respective faculties at the Information and Communications Technology Centre (ICTC), Rumuolumeni Campus, Port Harcourt, Rivers State.
The university advised candidates who did not receive their screening invitations via email or SMS due to incorrect registration details to still follow the official schedule. Such candidates must present evidence of updating their email address and phone number at the screening venue.
The screening timetable is as follows:
Administration and Management: June 29 – 30, 2026
Education: July 1 – 2, 2026
Humanities: July 2 – 3, 2026
Natural and Applied Sciences: July 6 – 8, 2026
Social Sciences: July 9, 2026
Social Sciences, Vocational and Technical Education: July 10, 2026
Agriculture: July 10, 2026
Screening will generally hold from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. daily, while candidates in the Faculties of Social Sciences, Vocational and Technical Education, and Agriculture are scheduled from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on July 10.
Candidates are also advised to regularly check their email inbox, spam folder, and SMS messages for their specific batch, date, and time.
The university emphasized that only candidates who successfully complete the screening exercise will be ranked for admission into the 2026/2027 academic session.
