Please ensure you physically inspect and verify the accommodation before committing to it. Do not rely solely on pictures, videos, or promises made by agents. Confirm that the facilities and conditions advertised are actually available. Most importantly, do not make any payment or transfer online before you have physically inspected the accommodation and verified that you are dealing with a legitimate agent or landlord. Do not accept promises that missing facilities will be provided later.
