What the notice says
Recall that Management had, through earlier circulars, informed the Polytechnic Community of its decision to issue certificates to graduates on the day of the 2026 Convocation Ceremony. Furthermore, Management at its 8h Meeting held on Thursday, 30th July, 2026, decided that the 2026 Convocation ceremony will be held on Friday 30h october, 2026 subject to confirmation by the Academic Board and Governing Council. Accordingly, all affected graduating students are hereby required to pay the usual certificate processing fee of Twenty-Five Thousand Naira (N25,000.00) only at the Polytechnic Microfinance Bank. Management wishes to reiterate that henceforth, in line with administrative best practices being pursued by our Rector of Grace and her Management Team, certificates will be issued to eligible graduates on the Convocation day.
