The general public is hereby informed that the admission process for the 2026/2027 academic session at Bayelsa Medical University (BMU) opens on Monday, July 6th 2026 and end August 29th, 2026. Prospective candidates who wish to apply for admission must meet the following eligibility criteria:
1. ๐จ๐ป๐ถ๐ณ๐ถ๐ฒ๐ฑ ๐ง๐ฒ๐ฟ๐๐ถ๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ ๐ ๐ฎ๐๐ฟ๐ถ๐ฐ๐๐น๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป ๐๐ ๐ฎ๐บ๐ถ๐ป๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป (๐จ๐ง๐ ๐): Minimum score of 150 in the 2026 UTME. Programs cut-off will be communicated publicly once decided by the University Management.
2. ๐๐ด๐ฒ ๐ฅ๐ฒ๐พ๐๐ถ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐บ๐ฒ๐ป๐: Must be 16 years and above.
3. ๐ข'๐๐ฒ๐๐ฒ๐น ๐ฅ๐ฒ๐พ๐๐ถ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐บ๐ฒ๐ป๐๐: At least five (5) credits in SSCE or its equivalent, including English Language, Biology, Chemistry, Physics, and Mathematics.
