AKSU disclaimer notice on Fraudulent Admission Activities

What the notice says

The attention of the Management of Akwa Ibom State University has been drawn to the activities of some unscrupulous individuals who are attempting to defraud unsuspecting members of the public under the guise of offering admission into the University. For the avoidance of doubt, Akwa Ibom State University has not appointed any agent, consultant, representative or intermediary for the purpose of processing or offering admission to prospective students. Members of the public are therefore advised to be vigilant and beware of fraudsters who parade themselves, particularly on Facebook and other social media platforms, claiming to have the capacity to secure admission for prospective candidates into the University in exchange for money or other forms of gratification.
