What the notice says
The directive was contained in a notice dated September 18, 2026, and addressed to the entire student body by the Students’ Affairs Division. According to the notice, activities including playing of loud music, bonfires, car convoys, vandalism, cult parades, rough/stunt driving and other unwholesome activities within the campus after the last examinations are strictly prohibited with immediate effect. The university stated that the ban is aimed at safeguarding the lives and property of students and members of the university community, preventing breaches of peace and injuries, and maintaining the dignity and decorum expected of university graduates.
