What the notice says
The Office of the Students’ Union Director of Welfare elect wishes to call the attention of all students of Adeyemi Federal University of Education, Ondo, to the need to be extremely careful when dealing with house agents while searching for accommodation. We have received reports of several cases in which students have allegedly been exploited by some house agents through excessive charges, misleading information, false promises, and other suspicious practices. This situation is a serious concern to our office because students’ welfare, safety, and financial security remain our top priorities. In view of this, we strongly advise all students to take the following precautions before making any payment for accommodation:
